From the garden you walk out onto the golf course, but as you do not have view of the course, you do have your privacy. The house is suitable for max. 8 adults and 2 children and has a private swimming pool. Can be heated for a surcharge. From the terrace you can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and of St. Tropez. The villa has two floors which can be closed off from each other. It is very suitable for golfers and families. The pool of 9 x 4,5 m. has a jet stream and an alarm for the children. In the garden of approx. 1400 sq. m. are southern plants which are irrigated automatically. The terrace around the swimming pool is 55 sq. m. and faces the south so you will have plenty of sun. The rest of the garden is on a hill and has mimosa and oaks. Gates are controlled by remote control and there is video security. The clubhouse of the golf course and the tennis courts are within walking distance.

The villa has two floors which can be closed off from each other. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. One bedroom has a shower room and the other bedroom has a bathroom with bath. The villa has a large living room with fire place, a sitting room with sofa bed and a dining area. From the living you have access to the upstairs terrace of 55 sq. m. which has a garden barbeque, garden furniture and an electric sun screen. From this terrace you have a lovely view of the sea and of St. Tropez. The stairs lead you to the ground floor (garden level). Here there is another bathroom and 2 large bedrooms with access to the third terrace of 50 sq. m. The 5th bedroom is smaller with a bunk bed. Smaller dressing room and a sitting room with flat screen satellite tv and dvd, and a washing machine and a safe. The modern kitchen has all modern conveniences a.o. a dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge.

Ste. Maxime is a lively resort situated on the Gulf of St. Tropez with many shops, restaurants and bars and terraces. There are many sandy beaches. St. Tropez is approx. 10 km. away and can be reached by boat. This is an ideal resort for families with children. There is a golf course in Ste. Maxime and in the nearby Beauvallon. A nice place to dine is in La Maison Bleu and Auberge Sans Souci.
