This beautiful villa, which has been entirely renovated in 2004 is situated in the hills of Mandelieu. From the terrace you have a spectacular view of the sea, Cannes, Isles de Lerins and of the snow covered mountain tops of the Alpes. The sea is approximately a 5 minutes drive. There is a barbeque. The grounds are 1250 meters. In front of the villa are spacious terraces of approx. 100 sq.m. both shaded and in the sun. The lovely swimming pool has a built in Jacuzzi. The water is salt and free of chlorine. This is a lovely place both in the evening and during the day.

The villa is elegantly decorated and very complete. The living room (with air-conditioning) is beautifully furnished and has a.o. Dutch TV reception, DVD and video. The luxury open plan kitchen has a large American fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a luxury bathroom (one bathroom with bath and shower and one with shower). One of the bedrooms has two adjustable beds of 2,20 x 1,00 m and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a large sofa bed. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a balcony, two separate beds and en suite bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Cot and high-chair on request for hire.

Mandelieu is next to Cannes. Cannes with approx. 70,000 inhabitants is of course famous for the film festival in May. This fashionable resort has large sandy beaches and the famous Promenade de la Croisette with palm trees and impressive facades dating from the Belle Epoque. Culinary-wise you will find it all, including the top restaurants. You should go to Aux Bons Enfants, Le Bouchon d’Objectif, Lou Souléou. There are many golf courses near Cannes, in Mandelieu, Mougins and Valbonne. Of course there are many luxury designer shops.
