This villa is on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, La Croix Valmer, within walking distance (200 m) from the most southern situated sandy beach of the peninsula (plage Gigaro). The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with several old pine trees. The grounds are enclosed. In the lower situated part of the garden there is a L-shaped overflow swimming pool of 9 x approx. 5 m (approx. 1,55 m deep). The pool can be covered by a remote controled cover and can, in the evenings be illuminated. By the pool there are terraces with sun beds and a pool house and an outside shower. There is a summer kitchen with a dining table and a barbeque. The regular kitchen is next to the summer kitchen. Within walking distance of the villa there is the three star hotel Pinede Plage, where it is possible to rent a tennis court. There are many places in the direct vicinity to eat outdoors. The center of Croix Valmer is 4 km. away and Grimaud, Gassint, St. Tropez and Ramatuelle can all be reached within 20 minutes. There is an indoor garage suitable for one car. On the grounds there is also room for one car.

The downstairs floor of the house exists of a large ktichen equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, oven, microwave) with sliding doors to the terrace with summer kitchen. The dining room with large dining/conference table for 8 people, is next to the kitchen. On one side of the dining room there are sliding doors opening out onto the terrace and on the other side there are French doors opening out onto a petit court (with fountain) and plant pots. Next to the dining room there is a large modern living room with fire place and large beamed ceiling. The dining room and the living room are beautifully furnished with leather chairs and sofa’s. In the living room there is a plasma TV and a home cinema system. The living room also has sliding doors opening out onto the terrace on one side and to the petit court on the other side. The house is air-conditioned and has an alarm system. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. Ground floor (adjacent to garden): Bedroom nr. 1 with two large singel beds (attached to each other) with adjoining bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom nr. 2 is also downstairs and has two long single beds (2,20m) with adjoining showerroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms with two bathrooms. Bedroom nr. 3 has a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m). Bedroom nr. 4 has two single beds. Bedroom nr. 3 and nr. 4 each have a showerroom with shower, double wash basin and toilet. Bedroom nr. 5 has an extra long double bed (2,20 m) and an adjoining showerroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Cot is on request.

The minimum rental period is two weeks. The house is not suitable for children below 8 years. Security deposit: € 3000. End of stay cleaning € 200. Weekly cleaning: € 150. Linen package: € 30 per person per week. Pets are not allowed.

This summer resort is back to back with the clitf road of the Maures in a very green setting. The village has been able to keep its peace and traditions in spite of large groups of tourists.
With its seven naturaily sandy beaches, La Croix Valmer is reputed for the quality of its swimming waters. (Gigaro beach is one of the greatest, and famous)

The town owns 220 ha. of nature reserves and is a magnificent place for walking in the woods and along the coast from Gigaro beach to Cap Lardier (the sentiers des douaniers).
St. Tropez is 12 km.
