This villa with its unique location has a fantastic view of the sea and is only 250 meters from the sandy beaches. The villa is situated on grounds of 2400 sq.m. and has a beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm trees and tropical flowers and plants. Spending time outdoors here is truly a dream. The enclosed swimming pool (50 sq.m; it can be heated at additional costs of 150 euro a week) has an overflow and near the pool there are of course several sun beds. The grounds are conveniently enclosed by a remote controlled gate. The villa is surrounded by terraces (total 150 sq.m.). No matter where you are, you always have a magnificent view of the sea, even from most of the bedrooms and from the living room! There is a partially roofed terrace, on which you can enjoy your dinner, especially with the lovely outside lighting in the evening. BBQ available. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Golf courses and untouched landscape can be reached within 20 minutes.

The villa has a main house (150 sq.m.) and downstairs there is a guest house (70 sq.m.). From the terrace you enter the lovely modern furnished living room. There is a sitting area with satellite TV and DVD. The dining table is in the extension of the luxury open kitchen which has all mod cons: oven, espresso machine, dishwasher and an American fridge. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate area.

On this floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 6 single beds. There is a large luxury bathroom with a whirlpool and toilet. One of these 4 bedrooms is a seperate studio with an ensuite bathroom with shower (no toilet). Direct access to the terrace and sea view. All other bedrooms have access to the terrace as well and 2 have also a view of the sea.

Downstairs, through a separate entrance, and a private terrace with sea view, you enter into the salon. Here is a small table. There are two bedrooms with four single beds and one bathroom with shower and toilet. 3 x Cot is present. July/august: minimum rentalperiod 2 weeks.

Les Issambres is approx. 12 km. south of Fréjus and approx. 20 km. north of Saint Tropez. It is a charming family seaside resort in the Mediterranean with lavish flora, typical of the region. The boulevard is approx. 8 km long and stretches along the coast. Along the boulevard are many fine sandy beaches as well as rocky headlands. In the hills, built against the green slopes are villa’s and Provençal country homes. We can recommend to take the boat from Les Issambres and visit the market in Saint Tropez. Just above Les Issambres is Roquebrune, a picturesque village with its ancient town gates, charming old houses and galleries lining narrow streets. In the area you can enjoy long hikes in the magnificent natural park the Massif des Maures. If you like to play golf, there are not only several golf courses in Roquebrune and Ste. Maxime but there are also three golf courses in St. Raphael (Valescure). Somewhat further away is the most beautiful course of the Cote d’Azur, St. Endreol. For seafood lovers, a good fish restaurant is Restaurant Le Chante-Mer in Les Issambres.
